There are three ways
you can refill your prescription(s).
If you are re-ordering a medication,
all you need to do is complete the Prescription Medication
Re-Order Form.
If you are already a K-tel Meds customer, and
your current prescription has no refills remaining,
you will need to ask your doctor to write you a
new prescription. Your doctor can fax the new prescription
directly to us. The toll free fax number is 1-866-583-5300.
