Shipping
Policy
New
orders - You should receive your
prescription order within 10 to 14 business
days after we receive your complete order
including prescriptions. Not completing the
three forms correctly, or failing to provide
copies of the prescriptions could delay the
order.
Re-orders
- You should receive your prescription
refill within 10 business days, providing your original
prescription allows for refills and the prescription
has not changed.
Multiple
orders for family members (ie: prescription
orders for a husband and wife) can be shipped as one
package to the same
residence. Otherwise, only one patient’s prescription(s)
is allowed per package. We recommend you order your
medication 30 days in advance.
All shipping charges are $15 US per package (not
per prescription).
K-tel Meds sm has the right to decline
and cancel any order after the first 21 days.
We are sorry, but we cannot accept the return of
any medications.
Currency Policy
Prices are in US dollars. We accept payment by Visa,
Money Order or Check. If sending a personal
check for over $300, your check must be certified.
Privacy Policy
K-tel Meds is committed to safeguarding our
customers' personal information. Any information
that you provide to us through either our mail order
or website operations will not be disclosed or used
in ways to which you have not given your consent.
Our order forms and related documents contain information
about how we may use this information, and you should
review these forms prior to submitting personal
information.
When you use our catalog order forms or our website,
you are consenting to us using your information as
indicated. If you do not agree with our Privacy Policy,
you should not use our order forms and website.
When you order, you provide us with information
necessary to fill your order.
This includes your name, mailing address, e-mail
address, telephone number, date of birth, height,
weight, sex, personal medical history information,
medications you are taking, drug allergies, other
illnesses, the name of your primary physician and
how the pharmacist/pharmacy can contact him or her,
prescription information and credit card information
including card type and number, expiry date and the
name of the card holder. We will use some of this
information to contact and correspond with you, to
reply to your inquiries and as otherwise required
or permitted by law. We may also send information
to you about other products and services that we
believe may interest you.
Situations may arise where we are required by law
or a valid legal authority to release some or all
of your personal information. In these instances,
we verify that the party requesting the information
is legally entitled to the information and we disclose
only the information that is specifically requested.
We do whatever we can to prevent the unauthorized
disclosure of your Personal information. We have policies
in place for our ongoing operations that restrict
our employees' access to your information so that
it is used only for legitimate business purposes.
Our employees all agree to follow our privacy requirements
and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
If they fail to do so, they are subject to appropriate
disciplinary measures, including possible dismissal.
Because of our use of the postal system and the nature
of the internet, we cannot guarantee that personal
information will not be disclosed in ways not anticipated
in this Policy.
You may request access to your personal information
and information about how we collect, use and disclose
it. You may verify the accuracy and completeness of
your information, and may request that it be amended
